Pregnancy Discussion Group Held twice per month for Birthing Stone Doula clients and community members. These meetings give our clients an opportunity to ask questions about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum while also connecting with and meeting other parents. There is always an opportunity to meet with your labor doula after the topic discussion to allow for great connection, personalized attention, and question and answer.

A place for new moms and dads to meet, share their experiences in the adventures of become a parent, and get support around your questions. This is a non-judgemental, safe place as a parent. We welcome parents of all parenting styles- whether you’re bottle feeding or nursing, using cloth or disposable, baby wearing or not, you’re welcome here.

Led by Megan Maltby from Lotus Lactation, this welcoming group is a working mom’s retreat- a bit of “me” time, a dose of exploring the challenges of balancing work and parenting, a whole lot of support and encouragement, all wrapped up with Megan’s dedication to supporting all parenting choices, feeding choices, and understanding of your unique challenges

ICAN of Portland is the local chapter of the International Cesarean Awareness Network. Our goal is to provide support to women who are recovering from a cesarean, women facing a medically necessary cesarean, or women searching for VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) information.

Baby Blues Connection You’re not alone! Many moms and dads find the postpartum period to be challenging. This is peer-to-peer support is a safe place to share those feelings, hear other’s stories and get resources and information.
